What are your water bottles made from?
We design water bottles in a range of different materials including glass, stainless steel, and Tritan.

Can I use the charcoal water filter in all the bottles?
Yes, you can use the Binchotan charcoal water filter in all our water bottles. However, some bottles, like the glass ones, would require the steel coil as well to ensure your charcoal stays in place.

Are the bottle designs unique to Black+Blum?
Yes, all of our designs are exclusive to us. We create them from scratch in our London design studio.

How did we get our start?
Dan Black and Martin Blum founded Black+Blum in 1998 after meeting at Northumbria University while studying industrial design. Based in London, our products are inspired by the city's diversity and creativity.
